Financial Services Division
In 2003, CSI started a new division to address the payment processing needs of its current dental patrons. Many of CSI's clients were expressing a need to be able to collect fees more effectively. CSI acquired another software company that had specialized in providing contract bank drafting and the DOCPAY product was born. Since then, the DOCPAY Division of CSI has grown quickly.
Within less than 3 years, DOCPAY was processing payments for not only its own dental software clients but hundreds of other practices across the U.S. As of the end of 2005, the doctors using DOCPAY numbered over 500 and encompassed all types of medical as well as dental practices.
In January, 2006, DOCPAY was the ONE company that was selected by CareCredit to take over the processing of automatic payments when they recently decided to no longer handle automatic payment plans. We will gladly step in and handle your automatic payments as well.
