DOCPAY ACH Takes Over
Processing for DirectPay

Effective 1/15/06, DOCPAY ACH took over the payment processing for DirectPay, a division of CareCredit. All processing agreements signed with DirectPay have been turned over to DOCPAY ACH, who is now servicing these clients.

If you are a provider that previously used DirectPay, rest assured that you will receive the very best of service from DOCPAY. Terms, fees and payment schedules remain the same as they were with DirectPay PLUS there are various other services that were not previously available to you.

After January 11, 2006, any patient authorizations or changes to existing payment plans should be either be made online at the DOCPAY administration web site or faxed to DOCPAY ACH at 800-481-0946.
