All payments are made by ACH (electronic check)

Credit Card only-

All payments are made by charging the patient's credit card

Alternating months -

Credit Card with ACH Backup -

On even numbered months, payments are made by credit card. On odd numbered months, payments are made by ACH.

Payments are normally made by credit card. If a card payment will not process (overlimit or other problems), a notice is emailed to the patient and future payments are collected by ACH.
